Auto Dialers have ups and downs, the one thing about Auto Dialers that you have to be extremelly careful about is to check the laws in your area as some states do have very strict laws and regulations regarding this form of telemarketing. Auto Dialers are great to contact people without using a live agent, but the purpose best served for an Auto Dialer is for reminding customers about appointments and so on.
