Contact Center Online has now restructured its pricing. We recently configured our training, installation, activation and technical support to make pricing more affordable with the same amount of reliability. What used to be an almost $2,000 start up fee has now been eliminated and reduced to only $500. This includes technical support during the life of your rental with us at NO EXTRA COST. Small additional fees apply to T1 lines and analog lines.
With Contact Center Online pricing structure all systems require training, activation, installation and Technical Support for 30 days. The breakdown of the pricing for what the systems require as well as pricing on the agent stations are listed below. There is also a refundable deposit based on the amount of seats you rent.
