Does my dialer call disconnected numbers, faxes and busy numbers over and over?
One of the nice features of your dialer from iCall is that your dialer will recognize a fax machine, disconnected numbers and if the line is busy. Once this happens the dialer then remembers those numbers so that you dont have to worry about calling them over and over again.
Do I use Analog phone lines or a T1?
This all really depends upon the size of the dialer that you are renting with us. It is common for a system that is 4 lines up to 16 lines you are safe with analog. Once you go any larger then that it is probablly a good idea to go with a T1.
