Center Online was
founded back in 2001
as an idea by a few
men that had a vision
to take the existing
market of selling
call center software
and making it more
affordable to customers
that want to start
a call center. They
knew that renting
the software to the
customer was the answer.
What they also realized
was that customers
may need some equipment,
so they would either
sell them what they
needed, or loan it
to them. The biggest
risk involved was
they were going to
be like no one else
on the market. They
were going to allow
the customer to host
their call center
in their own location.
This would give the
customer the ability
to host the system
how they wanted when
they wanted and not
have to worry about
paying fees to add
more campaigns, import
leads and so on. The
bottom line was that
Contact Center Online
wanted to be able
to provide to customers
that did not want
to spend or could
not spend the outrageous
fees on other call
center software rentals. |
