If a Call Center Software rental is what you are looking for, you will find all of our pricing below. All of our packages below include your first 3 hours of technical support as well as installation and training. As the package price increases, you will recieve additional hardware. This does not include agent computers, headsets or CAT 5 cables. If you need these additonal products, Contact Center Online is a one stop shop for all of your Call Center supplies. The package prices you see are your starting prices to get your system started and up and running.
The rent is what you will pay monthly ever month thereafter. In the first month, you will have absolutley no rent due to Contact Center Online, just your package price.

Please call us to find out what our packages include, the number is listed at the top of the page. Our more expensive packages inculde a host computer with a unmanaged switch and also a Quintum Router. It is important that you give us a call to decipher what package you may need.

After your setup is complete and you have been trained, you will recieve 3 full hours of FREE technical support through Razor. Any technical support from that point after the 3 hours is $99 per hour.
