Lets look at a different example that can show you how useful an Auto Dialer can actually be to your call center. Lets say that your call center is running a campaign for someone. The Auto Dialer would call the customer and once the customer was reached the pre-recorded message would play and options would be given to the customer about the person in the campaign. For example, you may be running a campaign for multiple people, you would want your Auto Dialer to state each person running, and for each person there would be an assigned number to that person.
